We will soon launch here a fully searchable corpus of all the volumes
so far published.
You will be able to search through the published volumes using search terms
in both English and Sanskrit. Search results will be fully linked, so that
if you find occurrences of an English word in the translations you will be
able with a click to view the relevant passage or passages in the original
Sanskrit. And vice versa, should you desire to search for a Sanskrit word,
the results of your search will be fully linked to the same passages in English
translation.
This fully searchable corpus will rapidly grow to include the whole of the Ramáyana, much and then all of the Maha·bhárata, and all the major and many of the minor works of Sanskrit literature. Such a resource is unprecedented in Indian studies, and with its linking of original text and translation still all too rare in any of the classical literatures of the world.
